Spring Break!

Our spring break was really short this year. We just had Friday, Monday and Tuesday. We didn't plan for any kind of vacation and just wanted to stay home. Saturday we did head to Lagoon for opening day and Jackson has sure changed this year! First thing he wanted to do was go on the roller coaster he hated last year and loved it this year! Then he wanted to go on ladybug drop, which hewas scared to go on, the octopus ride that he hated last year, jumping dragon, that he wouldn't even think of last year. He also was JUUUUST tall enough to go on the bat. That was mine and Patrick's favorite ride last year and now Jackson loves it too! I was beyond proud of him. The rest of Spring Break was really uneventful. I got caught up on Doctor Who and love that show! I have also found friends that told me they want to go to a ReAL game with me and the boys! They haven't been to a game this year and they are really excited to go. I am hoping they will do really good. I found the book that my grandma read to us when we would spend the night at her house at the library. McElligot's pool....We all loved that book and now it's become Jackson's favorite. I guess I will have to troll amazon for a copy of our own. School gets out next month! We are beyond ready for summer to be here! We aren't going anywhere special this year but it's still going to be EPIC.....We are fulfilling our goal of having a cheap epic year!! The boys got to spend time with their father's family a little while ago and they really had a fun time from what they told me. It's really nice when they can spend time with, and get to know that side of their family better. The day after, their colds got worse and Jack ended up getting RSV. I can't wait for this season of sickness to be over! Patrick has had strep a couple times and Jack has had RSV a couple times. At least we didn't get struck down for days with the flu.
